Automotive
In the unlikely event that the film you have purchased
from SUPER TINTS
should experience adhesive failure, bubbling, cracking, crazing,
delamination, demetallization, peeling, (or excessive unusual
change of color, applying to 3M Color-Stable and Quantum film only) or any other failure
due to a
manufacturers defect, SUPER TINTS will provide replacement
film and
reasonable labor charges limited to the amount of the original
invoice. For
purposes of this warranty, the original invoice amount includes
the price of
the original film, and installation labor paid at the time
of the original
installation.
The warranty period is for the life of the
vehicle and begins on the date
the original film was installed. SUPER TINTS shall
not be liable for any
loss, damage, expense, or cost caused or partially
caused through:
- Improper film installation, film care, cleaning,
or abuse, or glass
breakage.
- Non-automotive applications and non-complying
film uses; and
- Any other acts, occurrences, defects,
faults, or damages not associated
with the manufacturer of the window film.
Home/Commercial
Solar control window film installed by SUPER TINTS is warranted against
crazing, peeling, demetallizing, bubbling, delaminating
or discoloring when
properly installed on suitable interior surfaces of glass.
The warranty is
extended to the original consumer for as long as they own
and live in the
home where the solar control window film was installed,
and is not
transferable. If the film fails to comply with this warranty,
SUPER TINTS
will replace the non-conforming or defective film at no
cost to the
consumer.
If the film fails to comply under recommended
use within the warranty
period, the film will be replaced (labor and materials)
at no cost to the
consumer. SUPER TINTS reserves the right to inspect any
film failures. In
order to obtain replacement of the film, the information
contained in the
installation record or bill of sale furnished at the
time of purchase, which
includes evidence that the film was installed by SUPER
TINTS, must be
presented at the time of warranty claim.
